Welcome to FuzzyPouch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fuzzypouch.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

FuzzyPouch is an online store selling cozy warmth accessories. You can reach us anytime at hello@fuzzypouch.com.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state) and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Products

We make every effort to display our products, including their colors, materials, and features, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color or texture will be exact. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

What's in the box: each FuzzyPouch Warmer Belt includes one warmer belt and one USB extension cable. A power bank is not included. The product is powered by a standard USB 5V/2A power source that you supply.

FuzzyPouch is a comfort accessory intended for general warmth and coziness. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have any health concerns related to the use of a warming product, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

6. Safe Use

You agree to use the product only as described in the included instructions. In particular:

  • Power the product only with a standard USB 5V/2A power source. Do not use higher-powered adapters or fast-charge outputs.
  • Do not sleep while wearing the product powered on.
  • When worn at the waist, wear the product over a layer of clothing rather than directly against bare skin.
  • Individuals with reduced sensitivity to heat, and individuals who are pregnant or managing a condition affected by heat, should consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Children should only use the product under adult supervision.
  • Do not use the product if it is damaged, and do not attempt to modify or repair it.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use of the product contrary to the included instructions.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through our payment providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Pricing errors: in the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If your payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

8. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
